Ladies and Gentlemen, big cities are bad news. Yeah sure they have lots of things going on, but they are bad news. I have come to the conclusion that I should not live in a large city, but rather a small metropolitan area. Big cities are good to go to for short periods of time. Any longer than that, they are hazardous to your health. I guess people in big cities would enjoy going to a small area or mountain resort for a vacation. One of the benefits of living in a small city is that you can go to a big city and have an awesome time. You experience things that you dont normally but you dont have to be constantly surrounded by it. Good times folks.

April Fools
Yeah so I know that its no longer April 1 which is why this is an April Fool's Post. The shear stupidity of people often amazes me. In the ER last night there were two 20 something people that came in with Boxer's fractures. Then they proceed to give the most ridiculous history for how they came about with these injuries. I wanted to say "come on people that makes no sense" I don't understand why people constantly lie to emergency room physicians. It not like they are going to be judged for what they did. Well lets be honest they will but it really has no bearing on them whatsoever. The only thing they are doing is hurting themselves because given a mechanism of injury we can evaluate the possibility of other injuries that would otherwise be missed. So people, when going to an ER give the whole story and it is only going to benefit you. Don't be stupid people. Tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
